Joe Judge might be fortunate to last more than a year as coach of the Giants, who are off to an 0-5 start after a demoralizing loss at Dallas, which rallied twice to win 37-34. New York is #28 in the league in total offense while averaging only 16.2 points per game, so it was especially frustrating to put together a decent game offensively and still lose. Washington is 1-4 after a loss to the Rams, but it has played a rather tough schedule, including losses to Cleveland and Baltimore, who have a combined record of 8-2. Alex Smith got into the game for the first time in nearly two years after starter Kyle Allen was injured in the second quarter. Smith took several hits and appeared to have answered any questions about a comeback. However, if Allen is healthy he will get the start in this week's game. Washington is 8-3 ATS its last 11 games after losing by at least 10 points at home, and New York is 7-19-1 ATS its last 27 games following an ATS win. Also, the Giants are 6-19-1 ATS their last 26 home games. New York went OVER by 19 points in the Dallas loss while Washington has gone OVER six of its last eight games dating to last season.
