Both teams have struggled this season, but Washington showed some life offensively against Tennessee with Carson Wentz throwing for 359 yards and two touchdowns to wide receiver Dyami Brown. However, the Commanders lost 21-17 as the Titans used a last-minute goal-line stand to win it. Chicago has lost two in a row and one of its two victories this year was in a downpour against San Francisco in the season opener and the other was against the lowly Texans. The Bears lost 29-22 at Minnesota and Justin Fields threw for 208 yards and his first TD in 15 quarters. Meanwhile, Kirk Cousins was having a field day torching the Bears defense with 17 straight completions to start the game and completed 32 of 41 for 296 yards and a TD. Chicago is 6-16 ATS its past 22 games against the NFC and just 2-5-1 ATS its past eight home games. Also, the Bears have the second-to-last rush defense in the league.
