Tennessee at Tampa Bay

These teams were the two worst last season, and earned the top two picks in the draft. Tampa Bay drafted Jameis Winston at #1 from Florida State, while Tennessee selected QB Marcus Mariotta from Oregon. While they get the media attention, a more important change has occurred in Tennessee, as the Titans hired Dick LeBeau as defensive coordinator, and he has a long reputation of transforming a team into a winning defensive unit. Tampa Bay does not have a lot of offensive weapons, and the offensive line is suspect. LeBeau will make them pay, especially with a rookie QB at the helm and a very limited running game. Doug Martin managed under 500 yards, although he did miss five games, but in the 11 he played he went for fewer than 50 yards per game.
