The Titans have built a playoff caliber team at 6-3 on the season, and come in having won four straight. This team has gotten better defensively as the season has progressed. Despite some offensive issues that has seen them average fewer than 20 points per game in their last three wins, the defense has been a difference maker. Pittsburgh is looking more sound, and more like the old Steel Curtain defensive teams they used to take the field. While Big Ben is having a down year, it has been defense to the rescue as the New Steel Curtain is allowing just 16.4 ppg. The Steelers have held their last four opponents in check, allowing 17 or fewer in each contest. This is a short week, so there hasn't been a lot of time for either offense to sort things out. As a result, this should be a low-scoring tilt.
