Oakland opened the preseason with a 31-10 win at Arizona, but then the Raiders went to Green Bay and lost 20-12 while managing only 187 total net yards. Derek Carr was 9-of-13 for just 38 yards including an interception and his backups weren't much better. Matt McGloin was two-of-five for two yards and rookie Connor Cook was six-of-nine for 101 yards, but also threw an interception. The Raiders had 46 yards on the ground on 19 carries for 2.4 yards per carry and the defense allowed 145 rushing yards on 40 carries. Jack Del Rio is 2-4 straight-up and ATS in the preseason in his two seasons as Raiders coach. In Week 3 last season, the Raiders lost at home 30-23 to the Cardinals before losing the finale in Seattle. Tennessee evened its record at 1-1 with a 26-16 loss to Carolina, but Marcus Mariota played three series and was 9-of-10 for 104 yards with a touchdown. Matt Cassel was five-of-seven for 38 yards, and Alex Tanney completed 12 of 17 for 103 yards. Mike Mularkey wanted to improve the offense when he took over last season and the Titans have shown improvement in the first two games. Tennessee has the clear advantage with quarterback depth in this matchup and getting points. Play the Titans.
