Coming off a surprise win at Baltimore (with the help of the officials), Jacksonville is favored here. But, this is a tough situational spot for them. The Jaguars are on short rest and just finished a grueling stretch of playing five of the last seven on the road. Jacksonville doesn't have much at #22 in the NFL in yards on offense and #23 in points scored. And the Jacksonville defense is worse, ranking #30 in the league in points allowed (28.3 points per game). The Jaguars have a losing home record and are 8-19-1 ATS in their last 28 home games. Rookie running back T.J. Yeldon was in a walking boot Monday and missed practice Tuesday. He might play but is not 100%. Tennessee is 1-1 under interim coach Mike Mularkey and is a .500 road team for the year. Quarterback Marcus Mariota set an NFL rookie record for the most touchdown passes through eight games (13). The Titans defense is fifth in the league with 27 sacks and have permitted the third-fewest passing yards (213.8) per game. The Titans are 9-3-1 ATS after accumulating fewer than 250 total yards in their previous game, facing the rugged Carolina defense last week. When these teams clash the underdog is 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine meetings. Take the points on the Tennessee Titans.
