Tampa Bay at Washington

Amazingly tough loss for Tampa and they won’t recover so quickly. After a short week in which they have got to be questioning themselves, they need to go on the road to face a team on the rise. Patrick Ramsey’s cool-under-pressure comeback effort last week against Philadelphia tells me he is for real. He threw an errant pass on the game-tying two-point conversion but the drive that got them there was a demonstration of what he can do. Washington head coach Steve Spurrier is sure to have picked up on the weaknesses exposed by Peyton Manning on Monday night (gotta stretch this defense!). Alstott’s out for the year and Tampa’s still reeling. Take Washington to at least keep it close at home.
