New Tampa Bay coach Todd Bowles is still going to run the same pass-happy offense for Tom Brady. The Bucs threw for 301 yards in Week 1 against the Dolphins as the ground game had just 88 yards (2.8 ypc). Unfortunately, they won't have Brady for any preseason games so QBs Kyle Trask and Blaine Gabbert will run the offense again. Tampa Bay has averaged 15.7 points in their last seven preseason games. Tennessee plays its home opener after a 23-10 loss at Baltimore. The Titans have more talent on defense than offense. Rookie QB Malik Willis struggled and Logan Woodside was worse with two second-half interceptions. Tennessee won at Tampa Bay last August in Week 2, 34-3, holding the Bucs to 2-of-14 on third down and just 1.5 yards per rush. In this rematch, both defenses look way ahead of the offenses. Play the UNDER.
