New coaches alert! New coaches often want to impress their new fans and bosses - even in preseason. Both teams here have new coaches. Tampa Bay has Dirk Koetter, a fine offensive mind who loves attacking, pass-happy offenses. He inherits a strong QB rotation with Jameis Winston, Mike Glennon and Ryan Griffin. They are a dog to a Philadelphia team that played up-tempo offense under Chip Kelly, but he is gone. New coach Doug Pederson is looking for more balance on offense. Pederson said that Sam Bradford will start at quarterback and that his playing time will depend on the success of the offense. He also said that rookie quarterback Carson Wentz will start and play most, if not all, of the second half. This one favors the favors the dog, so play Tampa Bay.
