Buy low, sell high. Yes, Tampa Bay is low but it doesn't get much lower than Jacksonville after their 38-14 drubbing on Monday night. Tampa Bay looked to be a team on the rise last season, winning 10 games. But, they are 4-8 through 12 games this season and not worthy of laying points on the road. After starting 4-2, they have dropped six straight and are 1-5 on the season on the road and they are now a road favorite? The offense has been a problem as the Buccaneers have managed just 17.5 points per game in their last six. That presents a problem vs. a Jacksonville team that can play some defense. As bad as the offense has been, Tampa Bay’s defense has been far worse. The Bucs defense has allowed 252 points in their last eight games. That works out to 31.5 ppg - worst in the league. Even a weak Jacksonville offense should have success moving the ball, as the Bucs are getting beat by two TDs per game in their last six. Tampa Bay has been brutal in this role as they are 3-13-1 as a road favorite in their last 17. They are also just 3-12 ATS the past three seasons under Raheem Morris in expected close games (-3 to +3). Jacksonville will be looking to atone for a really horrible outing on national TV last week. Back Jacksonville in this one.
