The Tampa Bay offense was held down at home vs. Cleveland in game one, with 17 points on the board. With that result, the anemic Bucs have topped the 20-point mark just once in their last eight games. This isn't a team that will be getting into too many shootouts. They held the Browns to 14 points, and the Bucs defense has now allowed just one team of the last six they have played to top the 20 mark. The Panthers have not found much offense themselves. They topped the 20 mark just three times in their first 13 games last year, and playing the likes of Minnesota and New Orleans in week's 15 and 17 that had things locked up gave their offense some openings and false hopes. They were back to just 18 points in week one here, so not much has changed. The Bucs have now played eight straight to the UNDER, while the Panthers’ mark at home shows 34-16-1 in their last 51 here to the UNDER. These clubs have also played 8-2 to the UNDER in the last ten meetings in Carolina. Finally, the Panthers are 11-3 UNDER the last three seasons as a home favorite. They are 32-17 UNDER in the John Fox era in that role. They are also 21-11 UNDER under Fox aftre a double-digit loss. I like the UNDER here.
