Tampa Bay at Carolina

Tampa Bay's defense is 12th in yards allowed, third against the run, and 12th on third down. The defense was great last week, but they lost 9-0 to the Saints. They also lost WR Chris Godwin for the year, who is third in the NFL in receptions and fifth in receiving yards. Tampa Bay is 39-23 UNDER the total in December road contests, and they face a terrible Carolina offense that is 27th in total yards, 24th in points, and 27th on third down (35.4%). QB Sam Darnold (seven TDs, 11 INTs) won't play with an injury, and Cam Newton (four TDs, four picks) has been almost as bad. They've lost four straight while averaging 16.5 points and have averaged 17.6 points in their last six games. Carolina is 25-12 UNDER the total at home against teams that average 260+ passing yards, as well as 54-31 UNDER in home divisional games. Take the UNDER.
