Seattle at Philadelphia

Seattle started the season with the typical Super Bowl hangover. They have had to work in some new faces and deal with the target on their back. This is now a team that appears to be getting its swagger back slowly week by week. With all but one opening-day starter back finally on defense, Seattle has been dominating once again with two straight games of having not allowed a TD for a combined total of 6 points, and just 13.3 points per game over their last six. Philadelphia will present a bigger challenge for this defense. But, I think Mark Sanchez, who has shown a propensity over his career to make poor decisions, may be in trouble here, as he will be under duress the entire game. The Eagles are off a huge win vs. Dallas and have Dallas again next week, and are in the midst of a tough scheduling stretch. Seattle always seems to bring it for the big games as they are 29-7 ATS in their last 26 against a winning team. The Eagles have not fared so well in that same spot at 5-13-1 ATS in their last 19 vs. a winning team. A mistake prone QB vs. a top defense spells trouble for Philly, so make the play on Seattle.
