Seattle at Los Angeles

The last we saw of the Seattle defense last season was when they were dominating a prolific Denver offense in the Super Bowl. The first we saw of them this season was of them dominating a terrific Aaron Rodgers-led Green Bay offense. Seattle is almost impossible to play at home with the noise from their 12th Man, as it is so difficult to check at the line of scrimmage, and their defense has a huge advantage. I'm not taking anything away from their defense, but looking back to last season, they allowed more than 20 points just four times, but three of those were on the road. And, let's not forget that Seattle scored 36 points last week as their offense looks improved with the addition of Percy Harvin. The Chargers are no slouch on the offensive end at home. They have averaged 25.2 points per game here since 2008, and last year went for 20+ in six of their eight. Seattle has a rematch with Denver on deck next week, and after such a big home win after their celebration a year ago, they may certainly lose some defensive intensity here. We have two very good offenses here and a road game for the Seattle defense. Play on the OVER in this one.
