Seattle keeps rolling along as Pete Carroll is once again putting a value on winning in the preseason. Carroll now has a 31-17 straight-up record in his preseason career and 30-15-3 ATS, including 3-0 this year. The Seahawks come off a 26-13 win over Kansas City as Russell Wilson was 13-of-19 passing for 200 yards and a touchdown. Seattle racked up 390 yards of total offense, including 134 on the ground, and the defense held the Chiefs to just 225 total net yards and only 69 rushing yards on 22 carries. The Seahawks are a remarkable 10-1 ATS in preseason Game 4s the last 11 years while the Raiders are 1-9 ATS in their fourth game the last 10 years. Oakland is 0-3 due to poor play and a deluge of injuries. Derek Carr is one of the rare bright spots as he was 13-of-17 for 144 yards as he returns from an injury he suffered last season which caused him to miss the playoffs. EJ Manuel went 2-of-4 for eight yards and Connor Cook 9-of-16 for 89 yards. The Raiders have lost nine of their last 11 preseason games and don't want to risk any more injuries to starters in this one. Seattle has also stayed UNDER its last two games and Oakland has gone UNDER four of its last seven exhibition games. Play the Seahawks and the UNDER.
