San Francisco at Seattle

The Seattle Seahawks have lost just 22 games over the last four years and two games, but five of those loses have been pinned on them by the Rams, a team that simply seems to have their number. I wouldn't go too far with the fact that they scored just three points last week, but the total for this game seems to be reflecting that, and I think there is value here. They have had no such trouble with San Francisco over the same period where they are 9-0 ATS, and their 29 points against them here last season helped them eclipse the total. San Francisco has been a different offense with Blaine Gabbert under center. Last year San Francisco's best offensive game all season was 27 points, and through just two games this season, the the 49ers have topped or matched that number in each one. The 14 points per game scoring offeense is gone, and so far they have nearly doubled up on that. While I don't think they are going to score that many vs. Seattle, I do think they are going to get their share. San Francisco has played to a line of +9 or higher 22 times over the last decade, and have seen those games go over the total to a 14-7-1 mark, mostly because they have allowed an average of 30 ppg in those contests. Look for this one to go OVER the total.
