Last-place San Francisco is 9-23-1 ATS as a favorite. Because of COVID-19 restrictions in Santa Clara County, the 49ers haven't played a home game since November 5. San Francisco is on a 1-5 SU/ATS run, averaging just 19.8 points, and losing 23-15 to Washington Sunday as a favorite. QB Jimmy Garoppolo is still out (ankle), and they turned the ball over three times against Washington, the seventh straight game and ninth this season with multiple turnovers. Dallas is home, two games behind NFC East-leading Washington with three games left, and is coming off a 30-7 win at Cincinnati. The Cowboys get key players back in the secondary with cornerbacks Chidobe Awuzie and Trevon Diggs (foot) both returning.
