The Kansas City Chiefs were brutalized on national TV last week vs. New England on Monday Night football, and will be under the spotlight once again on Sunday Night Football. I expect them to elevate their play this week with another tall task vs. the Steelers. How can lowly Tyler Palko do better this week? There are three big differences. This one is at home and Tyler Palko has a game under his belt and has time to work on what went wrong. Finally, Big Ben has a fractured thumb on his throwing hand and will play, but the Steelers will run all plays out of the shotgun. I would expect that with his injury the Steelers are going to run the ball and if they get a lead, they will run even more. Kansas City is going to run and use a controlled passing game to keep Palko out of trouble. They did a very good job with the New England offense on the road, and I expect them to do a good job vs. Pittsburgh at home. The Chiefs are one of the best as a large dog as they are 11-3 ATS getting when more than 10, and have played five straight UNDERs, and are also 7-11 to the UNDER after an ATS loss. The Steelers are not good as big chalk with a 6-15 ATS mark in their last 21 at -10.5 or more. In their last 12 games laying 7.5 to 14 points on the road, the Steelers are 2-10 ATS. Swallow hard and play on Kansas City and the UNDER in this one.
