Pittsburgh at Baltimore

Premium Pick

Pittsburgh has dynamic playmakers on offense though they haven't got going yet, but that's common in September. Now it's October and Week 4 and they have far more weapons on offense than rival Baltimore in this AFC North showdown. What's most impressive about the Steelers is the improved defense with new pieces in the secondary, ranked second in the NFL in yards allowed, and third in points. The Steelers are 21-8-2 ATS on the road against a team with a winning home record. They are in bounce-back mode after a poor showing at Chicago, but the Steelers are 20-8 ATS after allowing 150+ yards rushing in their previous game. Baltimore is #18 defensively in yards allowed, and the offense is worse - dead last in total yards and passing yards. QB Joe Flacco looks like a guy who didn't play in preseason, with just three TDs, and four picks, while their top two running backs are averaging 3.5 and 3.9 yards per carry. The Ravens are dealing with a lot of injuries and are 4-13-2 ATS when following a straight-up loss. They had to play in London last week, and coughed up an embarrassing 44-7 loss to Jacksonville. The secondary was shredded by Blake Bortles (four TDs, no picks) and the ground game was gouged for 166 yards. Play Pittsburgh.
