Philadelphia at Washington

It will be a cold, cloudy day in D.C. for this one between two shaky offenses. Philadelphia is #28 in the NFL in rushing the football, and #17 in points scored (22.9 pg). They come off a big offensive game but that was indoors at Houston. The Eagles are 46-21 UNDER the total after scoring more than 30 points in their previous game. They face a Washington offense that is #28 in total yards, #29 in points scored (18.7 pg). Washington has had quarterback injuries all season, with Alex Smith done, backup QB Colt McCoy has been ruled out for this game, so they are down to Mark Sanchez and Josh Johnson. At least they can play some defense, ranked #10 in the NFL with 43.5 sacks, #14 in points allowed. Washington is 11-5 UNDER the total on natural grass, plus 8-3 UNDER after a defeat.
