Jalen Hurts is questionable with an illness and if he doesn't go it will be Marcus Mariota behind center for the Eagles, who went UNDER by 6.5 points while losing 33-13 to Dallas last week. Philadelphia has averaged only 16 points its past two games against San Francisco and the Cowboys. Seattle stayed UNDER in its 28-16 loss to the 49ers and the Seahawks have scored more than 16 points just once their past four games and they have gone UNDER six of 10. Seattle QB Geno Smith also is questionable with a groin injury and Drew Lock would again get the start if Smith can't make it. Seattle has gone UNDER five straight Monday games and the Seahawks are 5-2 UNDER following an ATS win and 4-1 UNDER as home underdogs.
