New York gave the Eagles a tough time on Christmas Day before losing 33-25 and now the Giants can play a possible spoiler role because Philadelphia can clinch the NFC East with a win plus a Dallas loss or tie OR a Philadelphia tie and a Dallas loss. The Giants, of course, have nothing to lose and will go all out to defeat their rivals and the Eagles have lost four of their past five games, including 35-31 as a 12.5-point favorite against Arizona on Sunday. James Connor ran for a go-ahead 2-yard TD with 32 seconds left as the Cardinals overcame a 15-point halftime deficit. Meanwhile, New York gave the Rams all they could handle while losing 26-25 to the Rams. Tyrod Taylor is back as the starting QB and threw for 319 yards for the Giants, who have gone OVER five of their past seven games. The Eagles went OVER their past two games by an average of 18 points and they have gone OVER five of six as favorites. Philadelphia is 2-8 ATS its past 10 games following a loss and it has gone OVER four straight after scoring more than 30 points its previous game. Take the Giants and the OVER.
