Philadelphia at Minnesota

The Philadelphia Eagles were self christened as the dream team a year ago, and then promptly fell on their faces. They started poorly this season, but then came Nick Foles. Foles has been brilliant in his seven starts this season, and has led the Eagles to five straight wins. He has thrown for 20 TDs and just 1 INT, and that was in the snow a week ago against Detroit. The Eagles have also made strides on defense. After allowing 34.5 points per game in their first four, no team has since scored more than 21 against them. Minnesota has been playing better, but lost a heartbreaker on the road last week. They must try to get together at home this week with nothing to play for and a banged-up Adrien Peterson. The Eagles have gone 5-1 ATS against Minnesota in the last six meetings, and their offense, and defense are both playing as good as anyone right now. Play on Philadelphia.
