The Eagles and the Browns have both been impressive in their first two games, with each entering this one at 2-0. Andy Reid has been coaching a long time in Philadelphia, and he has never put much effort into these games to win them until now. His record going back prior to last season was 18-30. Things have sure taken on a different look of late as his Eagles have won five of their last six. Historically, he has had a losing record in every week, except for Week 3 when teams give their starters the most minutes. His team has gone 8-5 in Week 3 and in what looks to be more effort here, the Eagles are looking like a good choice here as a dog. Pat Shurmer lost to the Eagles as a +7-point underdog last season in Week 3 by a 24-14 score. The Eagles ran the ball for 142 yards in that one. Play on Philadelphia here.
