Washington is coming off a bye week, but it ranks #30 in the league in total offense while averaging a paltry 19.0 points per game. Washington is 11-25 ATS its last 36 games as a home favorite and 2-9 ATS in Week 9. Also, Washington is 1-6 ATS following a bye week and just 4-9 ATS its last 13 games versus NFC East teams.
