The New York jets continue to play good defense, but the offense has a lot of unanswered questions. Mark Sanchez continues to be a "Cracker Jacks" quarterback - you never know what you’re going to get, looking great at times and lost at others. The Miami secondary is ranked No. 30 in the league, so one would think he'd have a big game, but hold on. Miami looks as though they are getting CB Vontae Davis back which will be a huge lift for the secondary. Shonn Green and Ladanian Tomlinson are both inept, running for 3.3 yards per carry and through five games the Jets’ longest run is 20 yards. RG Vernon Carey returns for the Dolphins and he is an upgrade in run blocking. Since their opener, the Jets are surrendering 5 yards per carry on the ground. The Jets had a big game vs. New England last week and lost, so this is a good spot for a letdown vs. a winless team. Remember that last year Jets lost to New England then came home at -5 vs. the Dolphins and lost outright. Miami has had two weeks to prepare for this one, and teams that have lost at least four games without a win that are coming off a bye are 21-3 ATS. Take the points and play on Miami in this one.
