Los Angeles at Green Bay

The Los Angeles Rams made a statement last week in completely bottling up Seattle's offense while holding Russell Wilson to 11 of 27 for 174 yards, and their own Cam Akers ran for 131 yards and a touchdown while Darious Williams returned an interception for a touchdown on the way to a 30-20 victory. The Rams did it even with John Wolford starting at quarterback, but he was injured in the first quarter, and Jared Goff came in after recovering from thumb surgery and threw for 155 yards. The Rams have another tough test this week at Green Bay, which has won six in a row. The last time the teams met was in 2018 and the Rams beat the Packers 29-27 on the road. Los Angeles has covered six of its last seven games versus teams with winning records and it is 6-2 ATS as a road underdog and 13-6 ATS its last 19 road games overall. Also, the Rams are 21-7-1 ATS against NFC teams. Green Bay has gone OVER its last two games, and the Rams went OVER by 7.5 points against the Seahawks, even though it looked like a dead UNDER early on. The Rams are 7-1 OVER as underdogs while the Packers are 20-6 OVER after winning by at least 14 points dating to previous seasons. Also, the Packers have soared OVER their last five playoff games and their last seven January games. The Rams will have to contain another great QB in Aaron Rodgers, but they proved last week they can handle it. Play the Rams and the OVER.
