Los Angeles at Chicago

Los Angeles pulled out another win although the offense didn't look much like the one we saw against Kansas City in that Monday night thriller a couple weeks ago. The Rams took advantage of some Detroit mistakes to win 30-16 and it was much closer than the score indicated. Jared Goff went 17-of-33 for 207 yards and an interception and Todd Gurley rushed for 132 yards, but the Lions' defense did enough to win and was let down once again by Detroit's weak offense and the misadventures of Matthew Stafford. The Rams will have an even tougher defense to deal with against the Bears, who are #4 in the NFL in yards allowed (317.9 per game) and #4 in points allowed (20.1).  Chicago showed some resiliency in coming back from a 10-point deficit in the final 1:13 of regulation before falling to the New York Giants 30-27 in overtime. Chase Daniel completed 26-of-39 for 285 yards, but threw two picks.  The Bears outgained the Giants 376-338, but were only 2-of-15 on third-down conversions. Chicago has still won five of its last six games and the Rams are giving up 24.8 points per game on the season and 35.7 their last four games. The Rams are 0-3-1 ATS their last four against teams with winning records and 2-6-1 ATS their last seven overall. Chicago has covered five of its last six games and the Bears are 15-5-1 ATS their last 21 home games. Take the points and play the Bears.
