Kansas City has covered just one of its last seven games and Pat Mahomes won't start as the Chiefs have wrapped up the AFC top seed. Also, there's a good chance running backs Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Le'Veon Bell will sit it out, and some reserve offensive linemen will also get some snaps. Los Angeles has had a frustrating season, but they have won their last three games and would like to close it out on an upswing. The Chargers defeated Denver 19-16 and Justin Herbert continued his fine rookie season by completing 21 of 33 for 253 yards and a touchdown. The defense gave Drew Lock a hard time as he managed to complete only 24 of 47 for 264 yards with no TDs and two interceptions. Chad Henne will start in place of Mahomes and he has only played in two games this year, completing five of six passes. Henne didn't play at all last season.
