The Chargers almost broke a 7-game losing streak last week but let Oakland steal the game from them in OT. The Bolts qualify for two angles related to visiting dogs against week opponents that are a combined 89-40 against the spread. Also, underdogs that have very strong rushing attacks cover the spread about 80% of the time. San Diego should cover this one.
