Two winless teams square off so who cares? Well, players and coaches of these two teams, for one. And, we care since we have an underdog winner here. Everyone wants to praise the entry of Byron Leftwich into the league. I think he will be a great player before his career is over. But let us not forget, he’s a rookie. He threw three interceptions last game as the Jags lost their fourth straight to the gutsy Houston Texans. David Boston is back for the Chargers and should provide a boost to what has been an offense in need of a passing game. LaDainian Tomlinson has picked up where he left off last season. He is fourth in the league in yards from scrimmage and leads all running backs in receptions. The Chargers almost broke a 7-game losing streak last week but let Oakland steal the game from them in OT. The Bolts qualify for two angles related to visiting dogs against week opponents that are a combined 89-40 against the spread. Also, underdogs that have very strong rushing attacks cover the spread about 80% of the time. San Diego should cover this one.
