These teams are red hot. The Raiders have won and covered three straight while Miami has turned around a terrible season with five straight wins against the number. The Dolphins had a great defensive accomplishment as they went three full games without allowing a TD. Is this defense all of a sudden stout? They gave up 24 points per game in their first seven games The three teams they won and did it against were Kansas City, Washington and Buffalo. The fact is that they have played six teams on the season with a winning record and have allowed 24 points per game against them on average. So what appears to be a big defense has been below average against the better teams. Oakland has been pretty consistent on offense having scored 23+ in all but two of their 11 games. The problem for Oakland has been they have allowed every team through 11 games to score a minimum of 17 points and nine have scored 20 points or more on them, making this total well within reach. Oakland has played five straight to the OVER as a dog of +3 or less. Play this one OVER the total.
