Las Vegas had arguably its most impressive game of the season last week, beating the Browns in awful weather and with a patched-up offensive line. Jon Gruden did a masterful job again getting his team to bounce back from a 45-20 loss to Tampa Bay that followed a week of practice that was interrupted by COVID issues. QB Derek Carr is not known for playing well in cold weather, but he managed the game well, completing 15 of 24 for 112 yards with no interceptions. Carr also rushed for 41 yards, including an 18-yard scamper to Cleveland's five-yard-line. The Raiders racked up 208 rushing yards, 128 of them by RB Josh Jacobs. In all, Vegas averaged 4.6 yards per carry. Los Angeles is snakebit this season, as the Chargers blew yet another lead and lost on the final play when Drew Lock connected with KJ Hamler after a pass interference call gave Denver a second chance. The Chargers have been blowing games like that all season and can no longer be trusted. The Raiders won both meetings last season, and the road team is 8-3 ATS the last 11 meetings. The Chargers' only wins have been against Cincinnati and Jacksonville, and losing all these close games is beginnning to affect them mentally. Take the Raiders.
