Jacksonville at Tennessee

It's week ten and the Jacksonville Jaguars are still looking for their first win of the season. So sad. Their offense has been a disaster, scoring less than 11 points per game. History, however, shows that these meager offenses do get better as the season progress. Teams that have averaged 13 points or less that are playing with more than standard six days of rest have scored 15.3 points per game from week 10 on. That is significant because the Jags have allowed 28 points or more in six of their eight games on the season. Overall they are allowing 33 points per game with no signs of improvement. After a good defensive start, Tennessee has allowed 20+ in each of their last four games. The Titans allowed more than 350 yards in their previous game, and that has been telling for them concerning the total, as they have played five straight to the OVER in the game following having done so. The total is too low here, so take the OVER.
