The Indianapolis Colts already have their first win under their belt, something that took until week 15 of last year to accomplish. Despite the win and the hype of new QB Andrew Luck, the Colts still have a long way to go offensively. Luck is certainly full of talent, but he is young and is still learning a new system. The Colts still don’t have running game, as they have barely averaged over 3 yards per carry. That puts a lot of pressure on a rookie QB and we've seen Luck throw 3 INTs in his first two games, carrying just a 75 QB rating. Jacksonville let one slip away at Minnesota last week, losing in OT. They were beaten soundly by Houston in week one, but that Houston. For now the Jaguars have better answers on offense with Blaine Gabbert throwing no interceptions and Jones-Drew running at 4.4 yards per carry. Both are better options that what Indianapolis has at this stage. The Colts are a dreadful 0-11 ATS when facing a team with a losing record in their last 11. The Jags always seem to do well here and have covered four of the last five. Play on Jacksonville.
