Houston has a new coach in Romeo Crennel after Bill O'Brien was fired following an 0-4 start, but the Texans still shouldn't be favored by nearly a touchdown. Houston is #27 in yards gained while averaging only 20.0 points. DeShaun Watson threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns, and Will Fuller had 108 receiving yards and a TD, but the Texans still lost 31-23 to the Vikings. Houston also is 0-4 ATS this season, and it is 2-13 ATS its last 15 games in Week 5 and 2-5 ATS versus AFC South teams. Jacksonville is 6-2-1 ATS the last nine meetings at Houston, and the road team is 13-4-1 ATS the last 18 meetings. The Jaguars are looking to snap a three-game losing streak, and they are getting good production from quarterback Gardner Minshew, who went 27 for 40 for 351 yards and two touchdowns against Cincinnati last week. Jacksonville must improve defensively, especially in the secondary, and the Jags can concentrate on that in this matchup as the Texans are last in the league in rushing yardage (73.5 yards per game).
