The Colts have a lethal offense behind Peyton Manning in the regular season and their offense is set with little need to test things out. There seems to be an organizational policy that when the games mean nothing the Colts deliver nothing. They typically close the regular season mailing in the games they don't need and in the preseason, they try very little to score. Nothing has changed under new coach Jim Caldwell, it is the same old Colts. The Colts in their last 11 preseason games have averaged just 12.8 points a game. The Bills have never displayed much offense in the preseason themselves and if the Indy average of less than 13 holds true here for this one, that means the Bills have to produce 21 to push this one over the total. The last 26 preseason games the Bills have managed to reach that 21 number just five times, or less than 20% of the time. After a truly embarrassing performance last game (giving up 45 points), I expect the Buffalo defense to show up here. Finally, three of the last four meetings between these clubs has gone UNDER. I like the UNDER in this one.
