This is a low total as Houston lost QB DeShaun Watson, but they have four-year veteran Tom Savage to get the start. The Texans defense has not been as good as expected at #30 in points allowed (26 per game), #21 against the pass. They come off a 20-14 loss to the Colts and the Texans are 27-11 OVER the total after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game. They head West to face the best offense in the league, with the Rams ranked tops in scoring (32.9 ppg), third in total yards, #10 in passing, and fifth in rushing. QB Jared Goff (13 TDs, 4 INTs) has great weapons to work with in WR Robert Woods (451 yards) and new speedy WR Sammy Watkins. And the new coaching staff has gotten great use out of RB Todd Gurley, who has 686 yards rushing and 338 yards receiving. They've scored 27, 33 and 51 points over the last three games. The Rams are on an 8-2 run OVER the total and 27-13 OVER after three or more straight wins. Play the OVER.
