Houston's new head coach, David Culley, is a proponent of playing aggressive offense as an assistant head coach, wide receivers coach, and passing game coordinator for the Ravens the last two years. The new coach has a lot of work to do on a terrible defense that was #26 in points surrendered, #29 in yards allowed, and dead last in rush yards allowed in 2020.
