Detroit at Green Bay

Detroit continued its penchant for blowing fourth-quarter leads, losing 27-23 to the Bears after leading 23-6. The Lions had control of the game for three quarters, but Matthew Stafford took a costly sack and threw an interception while rookie D'Andre Swift dropped a sure touchdown pass in the closing seconds. Nevertheless, the Lions overall showed a good defense that kept the Bears bottled up most of the game, but couldn't overcome all the unforced errors from its offense. This is a high posted total for this matchup mostly due to Green Bay's scoring explosion against the Vikings as Aaron Rodgers passed for 364 yards and four touchdowns. However, the last three meetings with the Lions have stayed UNDER, and Detroit has covered the spread the last six times the teams have played each other. That includes two close games last year when the Packers won 23-22 and then 23-20. The UNDER is 7-3 in Detroit's last 10 games versus NFC North teams, and Green Bay is 9-1 UNDER in division games.
