The NFC North has gotten rather interesting. What looked like Green Bay's division to lose has changed with the injury to Aaron Rodgers. That sets this game up as crucial. The loser drops to 5-4 while the winner goes to 6-3 and will have a leg up going forward. The Bears caught a break in Green Bay last week when Rodgers went down on the very first series. But Chicago still had to struggle to get a 7-point win. The Lions are well rested off their bye, and what we saw from Calvin Johnson against Dallas gave this team a huge lift. Jay Cutler is likely to be at QB for Chicago, and could be a bit gun shy and rusty after his injury. Reggie Bush has given the Lions a running game, as well as an option out of the backfield in the passing game with 31 catches, second only to Calvin Johnson on the team. All in all, the Lions are producing 416 yards per game and they will have success against this Chicago defense. Chicago is just 5-13 ATS since last season in conference games. The Lions won the first meeting this season, and continue to own the Bears where they are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take the better team here: the Lions.
