The Baltimore Ravens found themselves in a 14-0 hole last week to the Falcons, but rallied back with 31 points for a 31-17 win. The scoreboard certainly looked impressive when the gun sounded, but the Ravens were out-gained in the contest, and won because the Falcons turned the ball over four times. Jim Schwarz has shown a penchant for playing hard and going for the win in preseason games in his tenure in Detroit. The Lions are 10-3 in these games since he took control of the sidelines, and he has responded each and every time with a win after his team has lost. His teams have scored 25 or more points in 8 of his 17 games in the NFL preseason, and I look for the Lions to outscore the Ravens in this one. Underdogs that lost last week as a home favorite perform very well in the NFL preseason. Take the Lions to win this game.
