Denver lost a close 18-17 game to Arizona, which scored with two seconds left when David Blough hit Brian Cobbs for an 18-yard touchdown pass. New coach Sean Payton wasn't happy about the way the Broncos lost and they have motivation this preseason to show the fans their team is ready to bounce back following a miserable 2022 campaign. Also, Russell Wilson provided another bright spot throwing for 93 yards and a touchdown on seven completions as he attempts to redeem himself after having the worst season of his career. In addition, the Broncos put together a good running game against the Cardinals with 122 yards on 5.5 yards per carry. San Francisco looked bad in losing 34-7 to Las Vegas and made rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell look good as he went 15-for-18 for 141 yards and a touchdown for the Raiders whose defense sacked Trey Lance four times. The 49ers also managed only 3.0 yards per carry while allowing Las Vegas 120 yards on the ground. The 49ers went OVER by five points against Las Vegas and their defense will have even more trouble containing Wilson and backups Ben DiNucci and Jarrett Stidham after they were torched by O'Connell. Denver is 11-4 ATS its past 15 preseason road games. Take the Broncos and OVER.
