Denver at Indianapolis

The Denver Broncos have not had many losing seasons but this will mark the first time they have had one since 2010. The defense rose up for a 23-0 shutout win against the NY Jets last week to break an eight-game losing streak. While the Broncos have had issues on both sides of the ball, the defense has not put together consecutive games allowing fewer than 20 points all season, after allowing fewer than 20 in eight games last season. Indianapolis played in ridiculous conditions in Buffalo last week and the extremely low-scoring game was due to weather, not great defense and poor offense. I feel like the market has the total set too low here as a result. Denver is 240-187 to the OVER in their last 427 games and 20-6-1 OVER in their last 27 games played on artificial turf. Neither team has anything to play for in this one except for pride, and I look for a wide open game with some extended drives due to fourth down risk. Take this one to finish OVER.
