This is a huge credibility test for the Dallas Cowboys. They have gone 8-8 each of the last three seasons, but are off to a strong 4-1 start. Most will point to a defense that ranks #21 in yards allowed as their demise, but they rank #8 in the league in a more important category - fewest points allowed. Most also would not think that Dallas would come into this game allowing fewer points per game than Seattle, but that is the case. Dallas also has the offensive edge here as DeMarco Murray, finally healthy has been a beast on the ground at 5.2 yards per carry, and Dallas is giving him the ball. Their willingness to run the ball is the biggest difference maker this season. This has taken pressure off Tony Romo, who had a poor return in game one after back surgery, but has eight TDs to just two INTs since. On the year, the Cowboys are averaging 27 points per game. Seattle is always tough at home, so the game will be physical and challenging, but Dallas can certainly hold their own here and it is a big marker game for them. Dallas has shown the ability to run a balanced attack this year after too much passing the last three years. Dallas has played four straight OVER the total on the road vs. a team with a winning home record. Dallas is never a good play as a favorite, but as a dog it's a different story. Under Jason Garrett, this team is 18-9 ATS when getting points, and they are getting a boatload here. Remember that Seattle is also a day short on rest as they played on Monday night, and that could haunt them here. They have played to a 10-4-1 mark to the OVER when playing on Sunday following a Monday nighter, including all five at home, which featured a game vs. Tampa Bay that ended 27-24. Look for similar results so take the very generous points on Dallas and play the OVER.
