However, the defense is a big concern as the Cowboys are giving up 128 yards per game and 4.6 yards per carry and three rushers have had 100-yard games and last year the Dallas defense didn't allow any. The secondary has also been a problem and injuries have exacerbated the situation. Dallas has allowed an average of 26.4 points per game compared to 24.3 for San Francisco. The Cowboys average 26.4 points on offense and the 49ers are averaging 24.3 points. The 49ers benched Brian Hoyer in the second quarter of their 26-24 loss at Washington and he was replaced by C.J.
