Philadelphia had to come from behind to beat Washington 38-31 as Jalen Hurts threw for 319 yards while still battling a knee injury. The Cowboys are 10-3 ATS against NFC East opponents and 21-10 ATS versus all NFC teams. The Eagles had only 59 rushing yards against the Commanders and they are 3-9 ATS after accumulating fewer than 90 yards rushing their previous game. The Cowboys are 7-2-1 UNDER as underdogs and 18-7-1 UNDER as road dogs of 0.5-3.0 points. Philadelphia is 62-30 UNDER after scoring more than 30 points its previous games and 17-7 UNDER overall in November. Dallas is No. 4 in the league allowing only 17.1 points per game.
