This is being billed as the game of the week in the NFL. That is more by what it means to these teams than the quality of them. Remember that the loser here goes packing as a .500 team. Fortunately for them, the offense has managed 27 ppg in the last five, so it’s easy to see that they have been in a lot of high-scoring games, including a 37-34 contest in Dallas a few short weeks ago. The Cowboys have held the weak offenses in check this season, but Detroit hung 34 points on them, the Giants 37, Philadelphia 54 in two games and San Francisco chipped-in with 24. This game is going to be high scoring as Dallas is 16-6 to the OVER in their last 22 on field turf, and 9-3 to the OVER in their last 12 vs. a winning team. The Giants are 21-8-1 to the OVER in their last 30 vs. the NFC, as well as 10-2-1 to the OVER after a 14+ point win. Play this one OVER the total.
