This is such a critical game for both of these teams. They both sit at 1-3 and each comes into this contest desperate for a win. So who gets it? Likely the better team. And the better team is Dallas. These teams were supposed to challenge for NFC supremecy, and possibly a Super Bowl, but the fact is the loser comes away at 1-4 with thos hopes shot. I think of the two teams, Dallas has the most talent and larger upside. Dallas has amassed 422 yards of offense per game, besting their opponents by 115 yards per game. Minnesota is putting up a very average 330 yards per game and just 15.7 points per game. Brett Favre is showing his age, and he again fumbled away a game last week. He was turnover prone all game and put the final nail in the coffin, serving up a pick-6 in the last drive. This is not the Brett Favre from 2009 folks! Favre now has a QB rating of 67 and has already served up seven interceptions. he is looking like he is on the 18th green, near the end. He has health issues and has said he might sit, but the Vikings are desperate in this one. That may not be enough, because the Dallas Cowboys are equally desperate. Tony Romo is simply a better QB right now. Adrian Peterson is the best back on the field but Dallas has the better backfield. And, even with the addition of Randy Moss in Minnesota, Dallas has the best wideout on the field (Miles Austin) and the better overall receiving corp by far. Dallas gave up 34 to tennessee a week ago, and this is a team that has risen up to go 12-3 ATS after allowing 30+ in their last game. Vikings are not getting the money as a small favorite just 1-4 ATS in their last five as a 3 point favorite or less. Both teams are 1-3 but Dallas is the better team with more talent and should win this game.
