Dallas is a dog because, well, they've been ripped this preseason, winless while getting outscored by a 24-12 average. That's what happens when you're missing two components of your star offensive line. Pro Bowl center Travis Frederick and Zack Martin are still ailing and won't play. QBs Mike White and Cooper Rush threw no touchdowns with three interceptions last week while getting sacked five times. Just as big a concern is the defense that is off a pair of home games, losing 21-13 and 27-3, and now they head out on the road. Already thin at safety, Dallas also lost Kavon Frazier to a left shoulder injury in the first quarter last week. They face a Houston squad that is playing well with a winning record this August. They have a mobile, experienced QB rotation with Deshaun Watson, Brandon Weeden and Joe Webb, while the defensive depth has been impressive, allowing 14.6 points per game with four interceptions. Houston has a fiery coach in Bill O'Brien, with a winning record in preseason. Back home field against disinterested Dallas in this battle for state bragging rights. Lay the points on Houston.
