Cleveland lost a low-scoring game to Washington, 17-15, in the team's second preseason game last week. DeShaun Watson was 3 of 3 for 12 yards and led the Browns on a 67-yard drive to the one-yard line. Rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson completed 9 of 10 passes for 102 yards, and Kellen Mond and Joshua Dobbs went a combined 15-for-28 for 156 yards for the Browns. Cleveland's defense held the Commanders to just 165 passing yards with two interceptions. Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski says he will use his depth players against Philadelphia, and Stefanski is 5-3 SU and 4-3-1 ATS in preseason while Nick Sirianni is 1-5-1 SU and 2-4-2 ATS, including a 48-10 loss to Miami in 2022. Cleveland is 8-1 ATS its past nine preseason road games and 7-1 ATS on Thursdays. The Browns plan to start Thompson-Robinson, and he has been the most impressive backup quarterback in preseason, completing 17 of 21 passes for 184 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Mond will play the second half and he also has looked good, completing 20 of 31 for 171 yards and two TDs and no picks. Take the Browns.
